If you are a property owner, listing agent, or rights holder and would like a listing removed from The Lotline, we will promptly honor your request.

What We Need

  • The address or URL of the listing on The Lotline
  • Your name and relationship to the property (owner, listing agent, photographer, etc.)
  • A brief description of why you'd like it removed

How to Submit

Email your request to [EMAIL]with the subject line "Takedown Request." We aim to process all requests within 48 hours.

DMCA Notices

If you believe content on The Lotline infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to [EMAIL] including:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work
  • Identification of the infringing material and its location on The Lotline
  • Your contact information
  • A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
  • Your physical or electronic signature
